Juan Pineda is a Tolling Operations professional with 10-year experience in the industry. Juan started his career in the tolling industry in 2012 working at SunPass for the Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. During his 10 years with the department Juan had the opportunity to work in different areas such as call center, quality, and violations enforcement. In his most recent position with the department, as Senior Operations Manager, Juan was responsible for overseeing all of the front-end operations, developing RFPs, managing state contracts and client accounts. Juan graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Industrial and Organization Psychology. Juan currently lives in Minneapolis with his partner and two dogs. On his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, spending time outdoors and traveling.
