IntelliRoad goes to SASHTO!

The magic of southern hospitality came to life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for SASHTO’s 2022 annual conference. World-class amenities meet sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico at the official 2022 venue, the Beau Rivage Resort.

SASHTO provides a great opportunity for the southern state DOT’s to share best practices and meet with private sector industries to advance transportation and infrastructure throughout the south. The event was kicked off by the Governor of Mississippi Tate Reeves, Mississippi Senator Roger Wicker, motivational speaker Mark Robinson, and country singer and songwriter Steve Azar. There were great panel discussions throughout the entire conference ranging in topics from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), autonomous vehicles, COVID impacts on transportation systems, environmental resiliency, and much more. Kyra’s IntelliRoad team was honored to have meet with several state DOTs to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects. Overall, this was a great event and the IntelliRoad team is already looking forward to next year’s annual meeting in Alabama.
